Having commenced his career at the renowned Krug, Eric Rodez has dedicated 39 years to crafting champagne under his eponymous label. During this time, he has meticulously tended his vineyards and refined his cellar techniques, resulting in the creation of remarkable, vibrant champagnes. This particular wine is crafted from reserve wines dating back to 2005, comprising a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, all of which undergo barrel fermentation.
