Rich milk chocolate enhanced with Japanese sea salt that highlights the creaminess of the milk while tempering its sweetness. Deeply roasted cocoa nibs provide texture and a flavorful accent to the chocolate base.
When creating this bar, Art collaborated with his good friend Mark Bitterman of Bitterman Salts, an expert in exotic salts. They selected a handcrafted Japanese sea salt made from ultra-pure ocean water sourced from the ocean's depths. The milk chocolate is crafted with cocoa from Ocumare, Venezuela, while the nibs are made from cocoa sourced in Ecuador. The result is a truly special milk chocolate experience.
