Selected and hand-picked from our vineyards in Nonatola, Via Mavoro 68, these 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes are vinified in white and naturally refermented in bottle using the Classic Method. The best bunches undergo controlled temperature fermentation before being stacked for a minimum of 36 months, allowing them to refine on the yeasts.
