This marks Breaking Bread's debut vintage of Cabernet Franc. The inspiration behind this endeavor was to craft a wine reminiscent of the Chinon style—light, fresh, and approachable. Fermented whole cluster in open-top fermenters and subsequently aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels for seven months, this wine boasts a flinty aroma complemented by dusty cherry notes and a herbaceous finish.
