Crafting sparkling wine is always an enjoyable adventure, with each Broc Cellars vintage offering something new to discover and love. This year's bubbles are concentrated and zippy while maintaining a soft, thirst-quenching crispness. Love Sparkling is designed to be an everyday sparkling wine, perfect for spur-of-the-moment dinners, yet it still shines on special occasions. The Chenin Blanc grapes arrived from Shell Creek Vineyard on an August morning and, after a few hours on the skins, were directly pressed into a stainless steel tank for natural fermentation. Chenin Blanc must was added, and the wine was transferred into pressurized tanks while still slightly sweet to complete fermentation. The wine is hand-bottled with no disgorging or dosage and light sulfur added at bottling.
