This Multi-Vintage rosé is a blend of white wine from Pinot Noir (gently pressed for pale juice) and red wine from Pinot Noir (created through prolonged maceration), complemented by a discreet touch of Chardonnay.

Its pink copper hue with raspberry undertones evolves to a sophisticated salmon shade with age. Fine bubbles reflect a meticulous selection of grapes and extended cellar aging. Aromas of redcurrant and red fruits unfold into notes of morello cherry, wild strawberry, and violet, with a hint of lemon from the Chardonnay. Over time, the bouquet deepens to include dark cherry, fig, and blackberry. Fresh red fruit shines on the palate, with a bright and enduring finish.
