Cabana is produced through the fermentation of hand-harvested sugar cane, specifically the first pressing, sourced from the Sao Paolo region. Following this, it undergoes a double distillation process in copper pot stills. Subsequently, it is aged for a period of nine months within sizable vats crafted from Brazilian Jequitiba wood.
