From these historic grounds comes a cava crafted from old vineyards, benefiting from diverse microclimates due to their coastal proximity and varying altitudes, reaching up to 750 meters above sea level. Made using traditional methods, Cava de la Masia Bou is known for its balanced acidity, pleasant carbonation, and floral notes.
