The grapes undergo pneumatic pressing at low pressure, and the resulting juice is then transferred to stainless steel vats for fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in various steel tanks for a period ranging from 6 to 8 months before bottling and sealing using the Méthode Champenoise. This wine is exclusively made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
