Shamaris is a regional wine created exclusively from Grillo grapes, a native Sicilian variety cultivated in the high-altitude Monreale hills, which rise more than 1,312 feet above sea level. This wine pairs beautifully with grilled fish, pasta, or vegetable dishes. It boasts an elegant and fresh style, offering flavors of florals, honey, and melon.
