This wine hails from an 8-hectare estate situated in southern Burgundy, nestled between the iconic Solutré rock and the historic Cluny abbey. It eloquently embodies the richness and diversity of the terroirs found in the esteemed sites of the Mâcon region. The dense planting of the vines contributes to a notable concentration on the palate, while aging on the lees for 9 months adds depth and complexity to the wine. Notably, it is crafted without the use of oak, allowing the pure expression of Chardonnay to shine through.
