This organic, biodynamic rosé from the Loire Valley is a blend of 1/3 each Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Grolleau, estate-grown with a commitment to regenerative agriculture. François Chidaine’s no-till approach fosters a thriving ecosystem, allowing the vines to deeply express their terroir while contributing to carbon sequestration and soil health.
Dry and medium+ bodied, this rosé offers a refreshingly complex palate with bright acidity and textured flavors. Notes of crisp strawberry, chalky cherry, red currant, and quartzy minerals shine through, creating a vibrant and nuanced experience. Made using direct-press and wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged on the lees to enhance depth and character. Tiny production (just 550 cases) ensures a rare and special offering for lovers of elegant and sustainable wines.
