This cellar selection stitches together pieces from unique sites across the Willamette Valley. Lots are fermented with native yeast & a variety of traditional & experimental techniques to create a layered wine of great complexity, but that is, first and foremost, totally delicious.

A blend of their sites, the 2021 Pinot Noir Old Eight Cut pours a saturated but transparent red and sports an attractive mix of a spicy and floral profile, with ripe wild raspberry, a hint of blue fruit, roses, and fresh forest herbs. Medium-bodied and juicy, with a beautiful balance of elegance and immediate appeal, it has fine tannins and a great, clean finish.
