Serve as an appetizer or use as a dip with chutney or as a complement to your main meal. For the best flavor, grill the papadum over an open flame using a wire mesh on top of the stove. Use tongs to quickly flip the papadum back and forth for even cooking.
To microwave: Lightly coat both sides with a small amount of vegetable oil and microwave for 45 seconds, turning it over halfway through for even cooking. Adjust the time as needed based on your microwave's wattage.
To fry: Heat 1" to 1.5" of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Test the oil for the right temperature, then fry the papadum for a few seconds up to 15-30 seconds. Remove from the pan with tongs and drain the oil on paper towels.
Ingredients: Lentil Flour, Water, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Black Pepper, Asofetida And Sunflower Oil.
