Fermented with native yeasts, 30% in stainless steel and 70% in large, old German oak casks, the wine undergoes six months of aging in the same vessels. It presents bright citrus and orchard fruit notes, underpinned by a mineral-driven structure from the region’s colored marl and sandstone soils. With crisp acidity (7.8 g/L) and just 2 g/L of residual sugar, it offers a dry, vibrant profile with subtle texture and depth.
