Crafted with a specially prepared spring roll wrapper derived from carefully chosen garbanzo and fava beans. Each spring roll is meticulously hand-rolled by artisans, preserving a tradition that has been replaced by machines. With zero trans fat, saturated fats, cholesterol, MSG, preservatives, additives, added sugars, and being GMO-free, gluten-free, and low in sodium.
Ingredients: Filling: cabbage, carrots, onion, green beans, tofu (non-GMO soybean, water, magnesium chloride nigari), bean thread (mung bean, water), green peas, lemon grass, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, organic alcohol (to retain freshness)), sea salt, spices, garlic powder.
Shell: gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), water, sea salt, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.
Sauce: water, sugar, pineapple concentrate, distilled vinegar, vegetable color (paprika extract).
Fried with NON-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.
