Winemaker Notes: Pali Wine Co Huntington Pinot Noir is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown on Pali Vineyard and other premium vineyards in Santa Barbra County. This wine is expertly blended to capture the spirit of the region and express the unique flavors associated with Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir. It is fermented in small lots and then aged in 20% new French oak for 240 days.

From all estate-grown fruit, this starts with aromas of dark cherry, cardamom and mace. The palate is somewhat wild in pleasing ways, with wet sage and pine needles decorating the black plum and roasted cranberry flavors. Editors' Choice.
