Pekut & Carwick Prunus Mume is a California-produced umeshu, a sweet and tart liqueur made from the fruit of the Prunus mume tree. It is a complex, fruit-forward spirit with notes of marzipan, stone fruit, apricot, sugared lemon, and a distinctive hint of chocolate taffy, often enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
