In the production of fine bourbon, time and patience are key. It starts with using new American Oak barrels, charred inside to enhance the whiskey's flavor. Westside Water Blue Label Bourbon enters these barrels at a potent 130 proof, made from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley. The mash bill was carefully selected to offer a unique character that stands out.

After aging for 2-3 years, the barrels are sampled, and those meeting taste and color standards are reduced to 90 proof using pure California mountain water before bottling.
