Botanica Spiritvs Gin, an award-winning gin, is produced in batches of 300 bottles each. This gin stands out for its vapor infusion method, which gently extracts flavors and aromas from the botanicals during an extended distillation process. It is crafted using non-GMO grain spirit, distilled six times, and carbon filtered.

The botanicals are distilled during their peak season, and due to seasonality, each batch results from two separate distillations, which are then blended and aged for three weeks. To achieve the bottling strength, they use purified Sierra Nevada Mountain water infused with frozen macerated cucumbers, giving it a distinctive character. The gin starts with aromas of hand-zested citrus, bergamot, and cardamom, followed by floral notes of juniper, cilantro, angelica, and finishing with a peppery touch. It is suitable for sipping and can also be a prominent component in well-crafted cocktails.
