Winemaker Notes: Rheingrafenberg is a steep vineyard with lots of quartz and slate in the soils, hence the name of this wine, which comes entirely from this site. Wines are fermented in a mixture of steel and large cask. Flavors of white peach, citrus, and cherry blossoms with a refreshingly mineral finish.
