Adhering to biodynamic farming practices with organic certification. The aroma is reminiscent of lilacs, intertwined with hints of strawberry and rhubarb, complemented by subtle notes of cardamom and pomegranate. The wine strikes a harmonious balance between acidity and gentle tannins. It underwent a 50% whole-cluster fermentation, was foot-stomped, and matured in neutral French oak barrels for 18 months. It's worth noting that this wine is unfined and unfiltered.
