Watershed Boutique Selection is a single malt Irish whiskey crafted in very small batches, using a marriage of just six ex-bourbon casks. It is cut to 47% ABV with pure water drawn from the Galtee, Knock meal down, and Comeragh mountains. Each bottle is individually numbered, reflecting its limited and carefully produced release.
